Meet Gabriela Dubrocq

Gabriela Dubrocq is an Associate Attorney at Patil Law, where she specializes in securities and financial services litigation. Ms. Dubrocq brings dedicated expertise in representing investors—with particular emphasis on elderly clients—against broker-dealers and financial services professionals in FINRA arbitrations. Her practice encompasses complex claims involving unsuitable investment recommendations, misrepresentation, unauthorized trading, breach of fiduciary duty, and elder financial abuse cases.

Ms. Dubrocq earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2022. Her academic excellence was recognized with the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award for her outstanding work at the Investor Rights Clinic, where she represented underserved investors in securities arbitration claims before FINRA. This specialized clinical experience provided her with valuable early exposure to the intricacies of securities litigation and arbitration procedures.

Prior to joining Patil Law, Ms. Dubrocq developed her legal foundation through prestigious judicial internships with the Honorable Thomas Logue at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and former Chief U.S. Magistrate Judge John O’Sullivan at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Following law school, she began her career in the transactional department of an AmLaw 100 firm, gaining significant exposure to complex financial transactions and regulatory matters.

Ms. Dubrocq is admitted to practice law in multiple jurisdictions including Florida, Texas, Minnesota, and the District of Columbia, enabling her to serve clients across diverse geographical areas. As a fluent Spanish speaker, she provides effective advocacy for Spanish-speaking clients, expanding the firm’s ability to serve a more diverse clientele.

When not advocating for her clients, Ms. Dubrocq maintains an active personal life, enjoying strategic board games with her husband and friends, and spending quality time with her two dachshunds, Koda and Amador.
